Actually, I get pretty excited about all of the stories as they're unfolding. That's happened 35 times so far, in addition to a few picture book manuscripts which are not published yet.
I've mentored a lot of starting writers, and I try to encourage as many people as I can, but due to my own writing and marketing schedule, along with my client video production, extra time is not easy to come by.
