Cocktail Reviews give The Marian Kind 5 champagne flutes!!!
"...excellent one-liners that made me laugh out loud. A breath of fresh air, The Marian Kind is a must read for all romantic comedy readers."
"Witty, funny, fresh - this is great storytelling! " K. Painter- co-owner of Romance Divas
"From powerful and unexpected characters to bizarre events, this story keeps your attention. And the discoveries along the way - like how chocolate bubble bath might disagree with your average computer circuitry - only add to the fun.
Clever descriptions offer a bit of a giggle in between fast action scenes (the love interest is compared to an array of fresh-from-the bakery delights) and the romance sizzles all the way through. The Marian Kind by Babe King is a quick read because it simply won't allow the reader to step away."
The Long and the Short of It reviews
Cup of Comfort for Dog Lovers is now available in Tasmania- locally at The Devonport bookshop (in the arcade.) And of course, in bookstores all over USA and at Amazons. My short, Bloodlines and Heartstrings, leads the anthology. I love what Colleen has done with the whole volume-- so cute. It would make great Christmas presents for any dog lovers you know.
And Leo, our local seeing-eye dog in training, will likely be doing a review in his weekly newspaper column. :-)

Freya's Bower bought my novel, Between the Gutter and the Sky, essentially a romance between an Australian doctor trying to make her ER run efficiently and a social worker challenging her budgets, patience and heart to provide better care for the local street kids that flood her department.
And Cup Of Comfort picked up my short story, "Scratch That!", for their cat lovers anthology.
Color me happy!

I was looking at one of your comments on my page over a year ago about my pig collection. I've finally started to add more of them to the page. Check it out at www.morganstjames-author.com on the Pigs,Pigs, Pigs page. There are so many more cute ones left to put on, but I'm photographing and posting as I get the time.
