It seems like only yesterday I was looking at the calendar, counting the days to Thanksgiving and happy that I had the whole month to plan. What did I miss? Well, I have to say that Thanksgiving came and went very nicely. I didn't have to cook, but I did have to help with the dishes since my friend's dishwasher died two days before the holiday.

The first part of September, I spent a fantastic time at the Women Writing the West conference in Los Angeles, California. The workshops were superb and the events were fantastaic. Of course, you can't beat a tour of Hollywood.
