When Jasmine appears at his front door soaking wet with her daughter, Kleo, it appears he has a bit more on his hands to consider. Jasmine is running from Kleo’s father, Jordan. She should have known never to have a daughter with a jerk like Jordan. Now she must find a way to protect Kleo and herself from Jordan, while learning to trust the cowboy Gage, who has taken her into his home. With Jordan not far behind in hot pursuit, Gage must find a way to keep the two important people he has fallen in love with safe, especially when things turn heated for Kleo.

I must say I fell in love with Destiny’s Cowboy. This story with its romance, family issues, and learning to trust, gave such credibility to the characters. One cannot help but share in the emotions of Gage and Jasmine as they find a way to get over their troubled past while going on with the present situations. Kendra Mei Chailyn pens a poignant story that allows two troubled souls to meet, fall in love, and build onto a relationship making it stronger in a fantastic vibrant read.

Gage Everette left Montana when he was eighteen years old to get away from all the demons it holds for him. He swore never to return to the Cold Blazes Ranch, but when he receives an urgent message that he must reutrn for the reading of father's will, he reluctantly goes back.

Jasmine Cole and her beautiful daughter Kleo appear at his door one night. They are on the run from Jasmine's abusive ex. Gage takes them in and finds himself and Jasmine the target of that ex who is determined to teach them a lesson. Jasmine is trying to learn to trust men again when Kleo is kidnapped and everything goes down hill. Gage will move heaven and earth to save the little girl he has grown quickly to care for, but what will it take for him to face the demons of his past?

Gage and Jasmine find their feelings for each other growing stronger each day, but they are haunted by their pasts, will they be able to get through all their pain and find true love at last or will their demons destroy them both?

This was a well written touching story. I loved the way Ms. Chailyn brings the reader into the story and makes them fell Gage and Jasmines inner struggle as well as their struggle to over come so many obstacles in hopes of finding true love. This is a great story with hot sex and lots of action.
