- I'm a WestCoaster originally from Atlanta, GA, and I write satirical, Southern, supernatural mystery with unusual characters, humor, and that surprise twist that you didn't but should have seen coming. You could call my characters "quirky", but I just see them as being themselves. Nothing is what it seems in Beaufort Falls.

- Odd Thomas series-Dean Kootz, Beach Music-Pat Conroy, Look Me in the Eye-Pat Robison., Weaveworld-Clive Barker. Recent new favorites--and I read like I'm starved for words at times--To Play The Fool-Laurie R. King, Hoodtown-Christa Faust. I'm in the middle of a reading orgy right now. Soon I'll be back to writing.

I have a moderately boring life, but, like many people, I'm careful to follow my routine. For a while it was hectic, but with the slowing of the economy, I am finding one thing after another coming to an end.
