Yep, the books arrived and my first venue to display them to the public was at our local Visitor's Center. A lot of my friends came and I sold 17 books. It was a good day.
The book is now available to the public, but if you go to my website: http://fictionforyou.com you'll see a BUY button by Judgment Fire. If you click on it, you'll go directly to the publisher's website and can purchase the book for 10% off.

I'm thrilled to announce that my latest book in the Deputy Tempe Crabtree series, Judgment Fire, will debut in August. I'll have a virtual book tour--anyone like to host me?
I've been busy lately with signings, book festivals and the like.
I'm also finishing up the next book in the series and I have a great contest going:
Submit an idea for a murder victim or villain to be used in Marilyn Meredith next mystery novel.
Prizes: The first

Just curious to know when you'll be in Bakersfield. Can you email the details here?
Thanks so much!

I am sending this to my BookPlace friends because Gremlins are out there, waiting for an opportunity to humiliate you. Here's how my newly released The Frugal Editor can help:
• Learn what annoys agents the most--straight from the mouths of the nation's best.
• Learn what your English teacher told you was OK but has changed since you were a Sophomore.
• Learn what is absolutely grammatically correct but will annoy publishers.
• Learn how to make your Spell and Grammar Check your partner instead of your enemy.
• Learn how to avoid the scams when you select an editor.
• Learn how to partner with your editor or your publisher's editor.
• Learn how to use hyphens, ellipses and all the other grungy little punctuation marks that English teachers avoided teaching because they didn't know how to use them either.
Peter Bowerman, author of the Well-Fed Writer series says, "Don't turn in anything until you turn to "The Frugal Book Promoter."

Thanks for the invite! 50+ years of married bliss! You have what it takes to write a good story!! Tell me about your book signings and festivals. I've done a few Indian PowWows and really enjoyed them.
