About Me:
Ron Siemientkowski has survived Diabetes, Cancer, Heart Attacks, Massive Edema and being Electrocuted. Ron was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 7, 1949. He married Sara on July 31, 1999. Sara has been his loyal loving wife, friend and caregiver. Ron has been told that bad things happen to him because God knows he will try to do something about it. That must be true as Ron has no real explanations as to why things happen to anyone let alone himself. He has been accused of being so honest that he is stupid. Both Ron and Sara follow the Golden Rule. Another Heart Attack Survivor called Ron a true Miracle Man after Ron was able to walk when Cardiologists told Ron he would never walk again. Ron lost his ascending colon to Fungating Colon Cancer on May 11, 2004. The Cancer spread to his lymph nodes. Because Doctors held out little hope for Ron to survive, he decided to spend the rest of his life with his loving wife, Sara, instead of the Doctors. That was over 5 years ago. This book was written to make people aware that they can have choices and that things may not be what they appear to be. Ron wants everyone to be happy and enjoy life as they dream it should be. This book tells of some of Ron’s personal experiences which he hopes you will benefit from in your life by reading his story.

PRESS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

2009- DESPITE SUFFERING FROM CANCER AND HEART FAILURE, MIRACLE MAN BEATS THE ODDS AND SHARES HIS INCREDIBLE STORY OF SURVIVAL
Miracle Man Story
is released by author Ron Siemientkowski
In this remarkable new release, author Ron Siemientkowski tells his personal story of courage and survival. Ron has cheated death many times during his life. As a young man he was electrocuted by enough voltage to kill an elephant, yet surprisingly survived! The following year while working in a factory he was narrowly missed by a burning cable. It would seem these early brushes with death were only a taste of what was to come for Ron Siemientkowski.
During his lifetime, Ron has battled Diabetes, Colon Cancer, and major heart failure. He miraculously survived cancer without chemotherapy or radiation. Ron lost his ascending colon to Fungating Colon Cancer on May 11, 2004 and the Cancer spread to his lymph nodes. Because Doctors held out little hope for Ron to survive, he decided to spend the rest of his life with his loving wife, Sara, instead of in the hospital. That was over five years ago! He was told by Cardiologists that he needed a heart transplant or he would not survive more than a few months nor would he walk again. Ron refused to undergo surgery and with Sara’s love and encouragement, he has managed to outlive this death warrant while continuing to walk on his own two feet.
In Miracle Man Story, Ron encourages others to take diagnoses and advice from doctors with a grain of salt. He cautions patients to protect themselves from major medical mistakes that can ruin their lives. This book is based on his own experience with the hopes that it will help other people struggling with illness. From one survivor to another: you can beat the odds!

Temporary Diabetes?

Is there such a thing as temporary diabetes? Can temporary diabetes turn into permanent diabetes?

Let me tell you what I believe. Diabetes is a terrible disease and I wish no one would ever have to deal with it! Remember that what I say in this blog post has no scientific or medical proof. It is just my belief that I would like all those that do not have diabetes now to keep an open mind to what is in this message.

Ron and Sara Siemientkowski

I almost lost Ron Yesterday!!

I almost lost Ron Yesterday!

In the many years of fighting Cancer and Heart, I never saw Ron as bad as I saw him yesterday. I thought he would die for sure after a drop in blood pressure to 59/40 with excessive sweating, dizziness and white as a ghost as he was fighting to stay alive. I could see the distress he was in and I kept saying in my mind "God, you can not take Ron from me".

Somehow Ron did stay alive.

His stools were very bloody and he managed to sleep last night.

He said that if h… Continue

What are YOU Thankful for ?

What are YOU Thankful for?

I am thankful for:

1.) My wife and caregiver, Sara.
2.) Being alive, when Medical Experts guaranteed I would be dead.

…And I would be thankful and grateful if YOU would buy my book, so that Sara and I can keep a roof over our heads and food in our bellies in this coming New Year.

Thank YOU for your help and may all YOUR dreams come true,

Ron Siemientkowski

Early Endorsements for “A Circle of Souls”
Linda Fairstein, NYT Bestselling Author: "A fascinating debut - this novel takes the reader to the darkest places in the human soul, from a writer with the authenticity to lead us there. A stunning thriller and an important read."

Judge Judy Sheindlin, star of the Judge Judy Show: "The seminal work of this fine author kept me glued to my chair until the adventure was over and the mystery solved. A great read!"

Book Synopsis:
The sleepy town of Newbury, Connecticut, is shocked when a little girl is found brutally murdered. The town s top detective, perplexed by a complete lack of leads, calls in FBI agent Leia Bines, an expert in cases involving children.

Meanwhile, Dr. Peter Gram, a psychiatrist at Newbury s hospital, searches desperately for the cause of seven-year-old Naya Hastings devastating nightmares. Afraid that she might hurt herself in the midst of a torturous episode, Naya s parents have turned to the bright young doctor as their only hope.

The situations confronting Leia and Peter converge when Naya begins drawing chilling images of murder after being bombarded by the disturbing images in her dreams. Amazingly, her sketches are the only clues to the crime that has panicked Newbury residents. Against her better judgment, Leia explores the clues in Naya s crude drawings, only to set off an alarming chain of events.
In this stunning psychological thriller, innocence gives way to evil, and trust lies forgotten in a web of deceit, fear, and murder.

Come on Over

I'm over at a few other blogs today. If you get a chance, come on over to see the Christmas Decorations at http://acmeauthorslink.blogspot.com/

At http://bloodredpencil.blogspot.com/  the topic is Spoiled Milk. Ever sit down to read a good book and been disappointed?

If you haven't yet, check out the post below about the Paper War.

Thanks,
Morgan Mandel

Paper War

I've been waging a war on paper the last few days. So far, paper is winning. The more I clean up, the more of it I find. The problem is, for much of it, I feel an obligation to do a thorough examination and decide whether or not it's worth keeping.

The mailperson is my enemy. He, sometimes she, keeps leaving more paper in my mail box. I'm not talking about my Christmas cards, which I cherish, but all the other stuff dropped off for me to sort out. At times it's torture to come home and see the new pile the DH has set on the kitchen table.

I've discovered tons of magazines over a year old. They were trying to hide in a magazine holder on the side of the couch, but not doing a good job of it, since they were spilling over. Of course, I decided to check the headings on the covers to see if some of the information inside might prove valuable. Wouldn't you know it, I was right. Many articles seemed to good to give up.

I've already mentioned here before about how I also have a compulsion to print out emails that seem important to me. The result is I have lots of important pieces of paper. When there's an abundance, which is the most important? And, where's the one I really need? It is a quandary.

What about you? Is paper your enemy? Are you also waging a war against it? Who is winning?
