About Me:

When I was just a wee one, Simon and Schuster received my first writing endeavor, a children’s book (naturally). My first rejection! As I matured, my mother handed me a Victoria Holt book to read and I discovered a role model, but I realized I had a more contemporary voice.

Drawing on journalism classes in high school when I worked on the school newspaper, along with college writing courses, I decided it was time to focus my fiction writing. With the influences of Stephen King and Rod Serling, I discovered a supernatural element creeping into my romances, just enough to add suspense without stretching imagination too far. I always find myself wondering about that dream I had last night . . . or did I just imagine hearing someone on a train or seeing something in a painting that everybody else missed?

Barnes & Noble in Schaumburg is hosting a book signing on September 6 from 7pm to 9 pm. I will be signing copies of my new release, Intimate Distance, along with copies of my previous title, The Treasure of St. Paul. Come on down and bring all your friends!
